ABOUT THE MONTCLAIR PHOTO FESTIVAL
The Montclair Photo Festival is a 501(c)(3) organization that coordinates public events and exhibits to showcase the power of photojournalism to draw attention to critical issues, promote understanding and ultimately create a more equitable and inclusive world.
By curating photos from both amateur or professional photographers about a range of critical issues, we want to create a dialogue about everything from social justice and art to architecture and design.

WHY MONTCLAIR MATTERS
New Jersey is one of the most diverse states in America - and Montclair is one of the most culturally and artistically vibrant towns in the state. Montclair is widely known for its restaurants and diversity. But it's also a town with countless journalists, photographers, artists and creatives who are passionate about helping raise awareness about important issues facing our world. The Montclair Photo Festival is here to create a space to shed a light on the power of photography as a tool for change.
